IO1: Theoretical handbook

 

This intellectual output focuses on:

  • The findings of the previous ESF project MOVE

  • 3 essential aspects: the guidance, the location and the organization.

  • 21st century skills

  • Interviews

  • Applied theories

  • Practical application on a training

IO2: Theoretical guideline of a training in the field of physical activities

 

In this intellectual output we defined a guideline of creative teambuilding programs in which, through physically activities and social and artistic projects, everyone can give free rein to their creative input and share their ideas with others. This intellectual output focuses on four XXI century skills: flexibility, initiative, social skills and leadership.

IO3: Theoretical guideline of a training in the field of cultural activities

 

The main core of this intellectual output is to prepare educators with pedagogical strategies and tools from the field of art-education to develop four XXI century skills concerning Learning and Innovation (The 4 C’s): Critical thinking and problem solving; Creativity and innovation; Communication and Collaboration of the youngsters.

IO4: Competence profile of the trainer teacher coach in the field of physical and cultural activities

 

In this intellectual output we described a profile of essential competences and performance descriptors for trainers. Defining the appropriate profile of the trainer, through Art and Sport, will contribute to help vulnerable young adults developing the 8 transversal competencies identified in IO2 and IO3, and will have a positive impact on the achievement of the objectives of the pilot trainings.

IO5: Train the trainer

 

The "train the trainer" training prepared trainers to deal with a range of situations, not showing them that just one way is best. The goal of this output was to provide a theoretical foundation with enough freedom for future trainers to create their own training.

IO6: Toolkit

 

The toolkit gathers all useful and important information, developed throughout the project. It enables trainers/ teachers/ coaches to organize training courses and develop new training courses based on the building blocks of this project.
